1. A container in the shape of a right circular cylinder with no top has surface are of 3 ft^2. What height h and base radius r will maximize the volume of the cylinder?
I hope the post or even the blog itself would have some sort of crash course for those who'd like to learn derivatives from the get-go. But anyway, I appreciate the effort proven by the handwritten solutions of the students.
